Featuring wines from Peninsula Ridge and Henry of Pelham—two celebrated estates rooted in the prestigious Short Hills Bench and Beamsville Bench sub-appellations—this dinner highlights the finesse of cool-climate VQA winemaking. Known for their rich history, scenic vineyard landscapes, and exceptional quality, both wineries are pillars of Niagara’s thriving wine scene.

Guiding the evening is Rolf Lutz of Premier Selections, who will share insight into the wines, the region, and the stories behind each pour.
