Waterfront Events – Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

This Refund Policy applies to all ticket purchases made through the Waterfront Events website. All sales are processed by Waterfront Entertainment Ltd, a member of The Waterfront Group of Companies.

  1. All Sales Are Final

Unless stated otherwise for a specific event, all ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend.

  1. Event Cancellations & Rescheduling

If an event is cancelled:

  • Ticket holders will be eligible for a refund excluding transaction and payment processing fees.
  • Refunds will be automatically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days unless otherwise communicated.

If an event is rescheduled:

  • Your original ticket will remain valid for the new date.
  • If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund (less transaction fees) by emailing events.contact@thewaterfront.bm within 7 days of being notified of the reschedule.

  1. Non-Refundable Transaction Fees

Please note that transaction and payment processing fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancelled or rescheduled event. These fees are collected by our third-party payment processor and are not retained by Waterfront Entertainment Ltd.

  1. Exceptional Circumstances

In limited cases, such as:

  • A serious medical emergency (with documentation)
  • Death in the immediate family
  • Travel disruptions due to natural disaster or extreme weather

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund or credit for future events. Requests must be made in writing to events.contact@thewaterfront.bm at least 48 hours before the event where possible.

  1. How to Request a Refund (if eligible)

If your event is cancelled or rescheduled and you are eligible for a refund:

  1. Email events.contact@thewaterfront.bm with your full name, order number, and event name.
  2. Allow up to 10 business days for processing.
  3. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

  1. Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend an event, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person. Please email us at least 24 hours before the event with the new attendee’s name.
