4. Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges

Unless otherwise stated on the event page:

• All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges
• If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will offer a refund or replacement ticket, where applicable
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method

6. a) Entry

You may be asked to present your ticket (physical or digital) and a valid form of ID. Entry may be refused if:

• You do not meet the age restriction (if any)
• You are intoxicated or behaving inappropriately
• You are in possession of prohibited items

We reserve the right to remove any person from an event for behavior deemed disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful to staff, performers, or other guests.

By attending an event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such media, please notify a staff member at the event.
